Our story began in Saigon, where we grew up enjoying the flavours and traditions of Vietnamese family cooking. In July 2015, we opened Golden Lotus Vegan in Newtown, Sydney, bringing together our love of Vietnamese food and plant-based cooking.Our next chapter brings Golden Lotus Vegan to Fitzroy, Melbourne, in 2026, sharing the same much-loved flavours and warm hospitality with a new community.From Newtown to Fitzroy, our heart remains the same: Vietnamese tradition, made vegan.
